Normal use
Without analytics consent we don't create a marketing profile. Operational logs may briefly contain the IP address, time, request path and technical data needed for security, diagnostics and protection of the service.
Measurement after consent
Google Analytics 4 (G-J8WFQ0KBTT) loads only after consent. It uses _ga and _ga_* cookies for aggregate traffic measurement. We keep advertising and personalisation features off. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the cookie settings.
Reports and merchant requests
If you submit a form, we process the selected type, subject, description, related link or identifier and any name and email you provide voluntarily. The purpose is to handle the report, protect rights, secure the catalog and record the decision. Only authorised operators and technical service providers have access.
Retention
Operational logs should be retained only briefly according to the production runbook. A report and the decision audit are retained during resolution and afterwards for as long as needed to defend legal claims and demonstrate the process. The operator must add exact production periods and the list of processors before the forms go live.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing under the conditions of the GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
