What we may display
Fifus distinguishes alcohol, nicotine pouches, tobacco, vaping, erotic products, medicines, weapons and other restricted goods. Each category may have a different warning, search visibility, image rules, indexing, recommendations and requirements for the shop.
Age and purchase
For an age-restricted product we display 18+ and the relevant notice. Fifus does not verify age at purchase, because the purchase does not take place on Fifus. The merchant is responsible for the legality of the sale and for age verification at the point of sale. Confirmation on this page does not replace that obligation.
Different rules
Alcohol
We do not allow claims about health, medicinal, physical or mental performance, encouragement of excessive consumption or content aimed at minors.
Tobacco
We proceed extremely conservatively. Automatic promotion, recommendations and sponsored placement are not permitted; display awaits a separate review.
Nicotine pouches and vaping
These are separate categories. We do not allow claims about ADHD, concentration, productivity, health, harmlessness or performance. Displaying offers requires a review of the seller and the distance-selling rules.
Erotic products
Explicit images must not appear unexpectedly in home recommendations, general results or unrelated categories. Thumbnails are hidden or blurred according to sensitivity.
Medicines and weapons
Automatic publication is off. A separate review of the seller's authorisation, the product and permits is required.
What we do not publish
We block illegal drugs, illegal weapons, counterfeits, prohibited medicines, fraudulent offers and products whose restrictions we cannot yet apply safely. An unclear case goes to review, not straight to the web.
Correction and dispute
A user or shop can report incorrect classification, illegal content or an infringement of rights. The report gets a reference number and a decision history; we may temporarily restrict, edit, restore or remove the offer. Submit a report.
