2. What the service does
Fifus searches for products, links comparable offers and displays the price, known shipping, availability and time of the last update. The data comes from shops and may change.
Fifus is not a seller, supplier, distributor, importer, manufacturer, warehouse, payment service or party to the purchase. We don't accept orders or payments. Clicking an offer takes you to the shop; the purchase contract arises solely between you and the merchant.
3. Offers and the shop's responsibility
The price, availability, characteristics and terms stated directly at the shop are decisive. The shop is responsible for the legality of the sale, product information, safety, age verification, payment, delivery, withdrawal, complaints, warranty and customer support.
4. Regulated products
Fifus may flag, restrict, hide or remove the content of a regulated product. Age confirmation on Fifus does not replace age verification by the seller. Details are set out in the regulated products policy.
5. Accuracy and availability
Fifus strives to display fresh and accurate facts, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the accuracy of data provided by third parties. You can report a suspicious offer.
6. Changes to the service
Material changes to these terms will be published with a new effective date. Introducing purchase or payment through Fifus, especially for regulated products, will be subject to a separate legal review.
