1. Who may provide a feed
The shop declares that it is authorised to sell the submitted products in the target market, holds the necessary registrations and permits and complies with the rules on consumer protection, product safety, advertising and the sale of regulated products.
2. Accuracy and updates
The shop is responsible for correct names, identifiers, classification, price, currency, availability, shipping, URLs and regulatory data, and keeps the feed reasonably current. Missing data must not be presented as zero or as a confirmed fact.
3. Age-restricted sales
The shop is responsible for the legality of the offer and for age verification in distance selling. The 18+ display or a visitor's confirmation on Fifus does not replace the merchant's check. A shop without confirmed processes must not automatically publish regulated goods.
4. Data and content rights
The shop declares that it holds the necessary rights to the data, photographs, descriptions, database and trademarks it provides. The proposed licence allows Fifus to ingest, store, reproduce, display, normalise, categorise, reasonably translate the data, link it with other verified facts and create its own neutral derived descriptions for the purposes of search and comparison during the collaboration.
The exact scope, territory, duration, sublicences and termination of the licence must be approved by a lawyer before these terms are accepted.
5. Moderation and remediation
Fifus may restrict an offer or source on suspicion of illegality, incorrect classification, infringement of rights, fraud, outdated data or risk to the user. Decisions are recorded; the shop may submit a reasoned request for review.
6. Shop requests
Submitting the form does not yet create a partnership or accept this draft. It starts a verification case. Choose: add a shop, claim a shop or request removal.
