A safe process
A request creates an internal case. For adding or claiming we require verification of the domain and the authority to act for the shop. For removal we verify the requester's identity and keep an audit of the decision.
Remove my shop
After verifying an authorised person, we block the source so that automatic discovery or a repeated import does not enable it again.
